Zeal – ‘great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective’… Flow – ‘the action or fact of moving along in a steady, continuous stream’.

Zeal and Flow was born out of the love and passion for community and high quality products.

Back in 2021, when Diana first saw the empty A-frame building on Market Place, Cape Paterson, she immediately envisioned a space that could bring together some of her favourite things: carefully hand-selected homewares and clothing, local art and wellbeing. The missing ingredient was a cafe, a small hub, to bring it all together. She immediately thought of Celine, and so was born a beautiful partnership between two women. 

The café is committed to using high-quality, ethical products sourced from local producers. The shop side is filled with beautiful, considered homewares and gifts. From high quality ceramics, local art, natural beauty products, clothing, babywear, handwoven baskets, pillows and throws, jewellery and so much more. They are also proud to offer a variety of yoga practises and class times, as well as a variety of holistic treatments, with two practitioners currently holding that space.

Together they created Zeal and Flow, an always-welcoming, serene space for people to gather, to pause, to browse, to be.
