A new premium space dedicated to recovery and relaxation has opened in Cowes, with Wellbeing Elements welcoming guests from 2 January 2026.

Designed around contrast therapy, the venue features restorative magnesium hot pools, traditional and infrared saunas, invigorating ice and cold plunge pools, a eucalyptus steam room and compression therapy, all within a calm, communal setting. Additional Normatec compression boots are available as well as an advanced infrared sauna to provide your body with an elite wellness experience. Both guided and self-directed sessions are available to support structured recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Co-founder Emma Ashcroft has said the venue was created to support local wellbeing while offering something new for the island. The space was delivered in collaboration with local builders and trades, and houses a Reformer Pilates studio and naturopathic consulting rooms. Open to both locals and visitors, Wellbeing Elements offers casual sessions, multi-passes and memberships.
